Case study: Eskenazi Health

Learning may begin in the classroom, but for the Purdue Polytechnic High School students who tour The Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, it extends to the halls and rooftop of the Marion County hospital.  The hospital hosts tours to give students a glimpse into healthcare careers and the daily operations of a hospital. As an added bonus, PPHS students tour Eskenazi’s rooftop Sky Farm, a nationally recognized urban garden that produces fresh produce to feed patients, visitors and employees.
